    • New business and sales support specialists assist with pre-sale inquiries and marketing support including: Product, marketing and illustration support, and assistance with applications, state approvals, and new business requirements
    • Individual product specialists provide information on pending and in-force policies, including status of policy, contract changes, interest rates and charges, trade requests, detailed rider information and initial claims

    • A team of attorneys who provide tax and legal consultation

    • Trained to assist from case submission until the policy is delivered and in-force
